About Dr. Liebmann
Dr. Martha Liebmann, PhD, LCSW, LMFT, has
had many years of experience as a
psychotherapist, supervisor and faculty
member at several professional institutes
and is currently affiliated with the Center
for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis of New
Jersey where she has taught, supervised and
served on training committees. She is a
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in
NJ.
In addition to individual psychotherapy, Dr.
Liebmann does couples counseling and
hypnotherapy. She is an active member of
several professional organizations, has
published articles appearing in various
professional journals, and has led workshops
dealing with Intimacy and Gender at annual
clinical conferences here and abroad. Her
particular interests are helping people with
issues of intimacy in relationships,
fostering better communication skills, and
in facilitating their creative potential.
She also specializes in helping people with
gender conflicts to explore and resolve
them. She has offices in New York City and
Teaneck, New Jersey.
